I had a stand for my first, now spare oboe which was elegant and did a lovely job. My upgrade oboe however had too small a bell to fit. So I bought one of these and it did the job. Easy to carry around and when it got stepped on and snapped I had no hesitation replacing like with like.

I've been using the KGE Standard Oboe Reed for quite some time now. They are always reliable, require very little adjustment and are free-playing with a bright sound. Good value for what they are.
Having bought one for my husband I think I need to buy one for myself! Good design and range of screwdriver heads and very useful that it’s magnetic too.
